Event Promotion
As well as organising your Clan Society Event we will also help promote it. This includes to your own membership as well as reaching potential new members who would be interested in the tour.
Tour Itinerary
We will help you arrange a tour itinerary that fits your society and members needs. From our experience there may be many first time travellers to Scotland within your society and it is important to get the correct balance of clan historical sites as well as visiting Scotlands main attractions.
Accommodation
Luxury or Budget we can provide you with options.
Transportation
Depending on the numbers we can arrange for a 16 – 57 seat coach.
We can also accommodate travellers who have mMobility issues with WAVs – Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles allowing them to travel along side friends or family.
Banquet & Meetings
A good meal is always necessary and something we enjoy most.

Meetings can be arranged at significant places to the Clan Society. For example the Macfarlane Clan Society AGM was arranged on Eilean I Vow a small Island on Loch Lomond. Speedboats were ararnged to shuttle all the members on to the island for the meeting to take place.

Most Clan Societies have within them an expert!
